Step 1: Create an AWS Instance from Community AMI
Step 2: Setup Elastic IP
Step 3: Setup Route 53 with an A-Record
Step 4: Log into AWS Instance
Step 5: Turn off IE Enhanced Security
Step 6: Enable Windows Service & Set to Auto (World Wide Web Pub, DataStore, ArcGIS Server, Portal)
Step 7: Install Chrome
Step 8: Download Provisioning Files for ArcGIS Server + ArcGIS Portal and Web Adapter
- Download Enterprise Components
Step 9: Activate License for Portal (Software Authorization)
Step 10: Activate License for ArcGIS Server (Software Authorization)
Step 11: Install ArcGIS Server
- Patch and Update Portal
Step 12: Configure DataStore
Step 13: Install ArcGIS Portal
Step 14: Create the Portal Site
Step 15: Web Adaptor for ArcGIS
Step 16: Install ArcGIS Data Store
Step 17: Install LetsEncrypt
Step 18: Configure ArcGIS Portal & Server

Steps to Configure ArcGIS Portal & Server

Log Into Portal to edit settings
Add ArcGIS Server, and Server URL + Administration
Select Hosted Server to only be the Added Server
Select save in bottom left-hand corner
Validate by checking content for existing data/services

With all steps completed properly, we've now completed the jumpstart process for ArcGIS Enterprise AWS.
